Note: This refund policy applies to in-app purchases and subscriptions made through Anna Super Apps mobile applications (including Janmabhoomi) processed via the Google Play Store. Each app remains subject to these Terms & Conditions and Google Play rules.
STARCADE STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains a strict no-refund policy for subscriptions and in-app purchases except in the limited circumstances described below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All purchases are processed through Google Play. By purchasing, you acknowledge that sales are final and non-refundable except as outlined below or where Google Play requires otherwise.
Important: By completing a purchase, you agree that all sales are final. Review subscription benefits and billing terms before subscribing.
1. No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payments made prior to cancellation are generally non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for reasons including, without limitation:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial or unused billing periods
- Early termination of a subscription
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Not using the app or specific features
- Choosing an alternative app or service
- Account termination due to Terms violations
- Content or features already accessed or downloaded
2. Limited Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in narrowly limited circumstances:
- Verified duplicate charges: You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a verified technical error
- Unauthorized charges: A charge occurred without your authorization due to a verified technical issue on our side or clear processing error
To report duplicate or unauthorized charges, contact our support team within 48 hours of the charge at help@annasuperapps.in. Include your Google Play Order ID, date of charge, registered phone/email, and a brief description.
You may also use Google Play’s standard refund request flows where eligible under Google’s policies.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select your Anna Super Apps subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
Important: Cancelling does not automatically refund prior payments. You typically retain access until the end of the current billing period. Auto-renewal stops after cancellation.
4. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at help@annasuperapps.in before initiating a chargeback. We will try to resolve issues directly.
Disputes arising from this policy are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, India, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and post changes here. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use of paid features after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
