By accessing our website, downloading our apps, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website or use our apps.

Note: Purchases through Google Play are also governed by Google Play’s terms. Where there is a conflict regarding billing only, the store terms may prevail as applicable.

Mobile applications. Our apps (including Janmabhoomi distributed under Anna Super Apps) offer devotional wallpapers, Bhajan/Mantra ringtones, and related personalization features. Premium features may be offered via subscriptions or one-time purchases.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Wallpapers and audio made available in-app are licensed for personal device use as permitted within the product—not for redistribution, resale, or broadcast without rights clearance.

Our properties may link to Google Play, analytics vendors, or other sites. We do not control third-party content or privacy practices and are not responsible for damages arising from third-party services.

7. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing

Paid features are processed through Google Play (or other authorized stores). Renewals, cancellations, and receipts are managed via your store account. Prices may change where permitted with applicable notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STARCADE STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the website or apps.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us directly in the twelve months preceding the claim for the specific service giving rise to liability, or (b) INR 500—subject to applicable law.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement
